Rosanna Gomez Moreno is an attorney and a partner with McMains & Moreno Global Consultants, L.L.C., a consulting, project development and logistical services company for companies, investors, developers and governments focused on the Latin American market. Ms. Moreno has over 30 years of experience in the international private banking and healthcare industries. She speaks and publishes articles internationally on the topics of global healthcare and medical travel. Ms. Moreno has served on various community boards and received numerous leadership awards. She is a graduate of the Center of Houston’s Future and the American Leadership Forum. In addition, she is an active advisory board member of the Medical Tourism Association, the global medical travel industry leader.
Ms. Moreno attended the University of Texas at San Antonio earning her B.A. in 1983 and received an M.A. in International Relations from St. Mary’s University in 1994. In 1996, Ms. Moreno attended South Texas College of Law in Houston receiving her Juris Doctorate in 1999.
