Here’s what our Board Member and 40 under 40 co-chair, Abby Alford, Director, Transaction Management CBRE | Advisory & Transaction Services, shared with us:CBRE confirms that we have designated Dallas as our global headquarters city. This formalizes the way we have operated for many years. Dallas is the central operating center for CBRE, housing our largest U.S.-based workforce, including many of our senior executives.
We are excited to call Dallas our headquarters city. We have grown our employment base in the Dallas area significantly and expect to continue to increase it over time. However, we will not be relocating jobs from California as a result of designating Dallas as our headquarters city. Only an extremely small number of operations-related roles will migrate from California overtime. We also remain committed to building on our leadership position in California.
