Prehistoric Footprints Near the Olympic Stage

Thousands of dinosaur footprints dating back about 210 million years were discovered in Italy’s Stelvio National Park near sites set to host the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. Found by a wildlife photographer, the tracks are believed to belong to herds of long-necked herbivorous dinosaurs and represent one of Europe’s most significant prehistoric finds.
