Exciting Opportunities at Nina McLemore!

Apr 13, 2020 | Blog

Nina McLemore is searching for someone to be responsible for Business Development in the Houston area (or other areas if you know anyone).  This person does NOT have to have any retail background, but does need to have a sense of style and likes to connect with people and develop new business.  They may have been a professional, an executive, and the head of an Association or Non-Profit.  We think it is a very exciting opportunity to meet and work with some fabulous women and help them further their careers and just look and feel great. The position will be based in our Houston store and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Identify other women who would like our collection and invite them to the store
  • Create events (like our very interesting book signings)
  • Host events for professional firms and companies to inform women about Unconscious Bias and Messaging thru Imaging – not to mention how to pack and travel
  • Nonprofits that we can work with to host fundraising events
  • Press and Public relations
  • Manage the Southwest

Sales Consultant:  They are also looking for women who want to have their own business and sell the collection in private trunk shows in their homes and or in the store.

The ideal sales consultant is someone who:

  • Has a strong network and knows women who would like, need and can afford the collection
  • Wants to earn an income, in some cases to pay school tuitions, to travel, for additional financial support or raise funds for philanthropy
  • Loves clothes, loves people and has a good sense of style
  • Is organized and focused

McLemore started this business to create clothes for women so that when they walked into the room, everyone knows that they belong “at the table”.   Her team wants you to be heard and admired!  And they want more women like you to know about our collection.

If there is anyone you would like to recommend or anyone you would like to forward this to, please do.  We look forward to hearing from you.
