The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC) expresses our heartfelt gratitude to Hines, Entergy, Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation (Cypress) and Texas Children’s Hospital, The Woodlands for graciously hosting our Spring ISD High School students for the Love What You Do High School Job Shadowing Program on Thursday, March 21, 2024. Our partners at Hines curated a memorable experience for the student from Wunsche and Westfield High Schools, sharing information on career pathways in Construction and Architecture. Entergy provided valuable information on opportunities in Engineering to our Dekaney High School Juniors and Seniors. Both Memorial Hermann and Texas Children’s Hospitals provided insights and hands on experience for a career in Sport Medicine to the students from Spring High School. The young ladies thoroughly enjoyed the time spent and opportunity to learn about their respective fields of interest prior to embarking on their college encounters or careers. We also thank our Education Committee Co-Chairs, Brandee Rogers, Diana Pino, and Joyce Jones; and the Spring ISD Administrators and Staff for partnering with GHWCC to make this program available to our next generation of leaders!
