Houston-based Moody National Development has broken ground on Silo Springs, a new mixed-use development that will transform a historic west Houston site known for its concrete silos into a luxury residential and retail destination. The first phase includes a 346-unit apartment community with upscale amenities, while future plans call for additional housing, retail, and office space, and a boutique hotel integrated around the restored silos.
