The Texas Association of Business has named Kelly Keel as its next President and CEO, effective October 2, bringing 25 years of state government and regulatory leadership to the organization. Keel, currently Executive Director of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, will lead TAB’s efforts to represent employers, strengthen Texas’ business climate, and address workforce, infrastructure, and regulatory priorities across the state.
