The Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship has appointed Laura Neder as its first head of platform, where she will lead the development of Houston’s Venture Advantage Platform to better connect startup founders with resources, capital, and expertise. Neder brings experience as a startup CEO and operator, and will focus on strengthening the city’s innovation ecosystem and helping founders scale more effectively.
