Our Trailblazers are recognized for making trailblazing strides in their industries, and demonstrating leadership in their career and community, thus opening doors for our and the next generation of women.
Cognizant of our role to empower ours and the next generation, proceeds from the Conference benefit the Chamber’s diverse work in our community including: Women On Board, an initiative to help women become board ready, LAUNCH Institute, a program to help entrepreneurs start and/or expand their business, stabilize and increase their incomes, create additional employment; STEAM Town USA, an initiative to increase the exposure of third grade girls to math and science through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) concepts, improve grades and graduation rates, and encourage girls to pursue STEAM careers; and, our scholarship program providing scholarships for deserving female students graduating from Aldine, Conroe, Fort Bend, Houston, Spring, and Spring Branch School Districts to attend a Texas college of their choice
