Jenny McCauley is Senior Vice President, Administration for Southwestern Energy Company responsible for Human Resources, Supply Chain, Support Services, Real Estate and Information Technology, where she facilitates excellence in execution that enables the company to generate long-term value for shareholders and employees. In addition, she has facilitated critical organizational and executive changes during her ten-year tenure at SWN.
Prior to Southwestern, McCauley enjoyed a career in HR for JP MorganChase, Aramark and Hilton Hotels, beginning her career as a high school teacher.
McCauley’s has been recognized as a “Woman of Influence” through the Oil & Gas Diversity Council, two spotlight articles in Profile Magazine and interviewed as an expert by The WSJ and Houston Chronicle. She is passionate about giving back to the community and sits on two boards in Houston and is Chairman of the Board for one.
McCauley earned a BA in psychology from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Ind., and a MS in human development from the University of Texas at Dallas.
