According to a study by PitchBook, Texas female-founded companies raised over $1 billion in 2024. The Austin area led the charge with the average value of an Austin deal being more than $6.7 million, this is a testament to the city’s dynamic and forward-thinking approach to innovation and investment. Houston and DFW secured the 2nd and 3rd spots with the average deals being $5.54 million and $5.53 million, respectively.
