Houston restaurateur Claire Smith is returning to the spotlight with a new all-day café concept called Chrôma, set to open in early 2026 on the campus of the Menil Collection at 1512 Sul Ross. Her menu will draw on global comfort fare and signature dishes from her previous Houston restaurants, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch to both museum visitors and neighborhood regulars.
